Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital (SRRSH), affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine, is a leading tertiary care institution in Hangzhou. The Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (SAHZU) is a leading tertiary care hospital in Hangzhou, founded in 1869 by the British Church Missionary Society. Women's Hospital School of Medicine Zhejiang University (Hangzhou Women's Hospital) is affiliated with Zhejiang University School of Medicine and is a public tertiary hospital specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. Founded in 1951 and celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2021, the hospital provides high-quality medical, healthcare, teaching, and research services. It officially opened its new campus in 2014 and achieved JCI accreditation in 2016, becoming the first hospital in Hangzhou and the first JCI-certified obstetrics and gynecology hospital in Zhejiang Province. Zhejiang Xinda Hospital is a tertiary private comprehensive hospital located in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, invested and built by Xinyuan Group with a total investment of 2.8 billion yuan. Established on June 16, 2016, and officially operational on March 28, 2021, it is a key construction project in Zhejiang Province. Covering 138 mu with 1,400 planned beds, the hospital features "major specialties, strong specialties, and minor comprehensiveness," focusing on developing oncology treatment, rehabilitation medicine, cardiopulmonary disease centers, gynecology and reproductive medicine, intensive care, minimally invasive orthopedics and surgery, and geriatric medicine.
